I recently subscribed to a Pilates program I can do at home. After watching a few videos I realised I needed to invest in some hand and wrist/ankle weights in which I had then purchased both Bala products. They arrived the following day (hadn’t even purchase next day delivery which was a bonus) and they have certainly made my workouts more challenging. You can see they are quality made and the weight is evenly distributed in each product. Very happy with my purchases and I look forward to using them each time I have a work out.

Had seen the hype for these and they do look so much prettier than basic ones, but I was put off by the price. Really impressed so far - good weight and more adjustable than others I’ve tried (which I need as I’ve got tiny wrists!). Good price and speedy delivery through Beauty Bay too! Only minor point for me personally is I do have to spread the bars on my ankles carefully to avoid my bony ankle bones!
Note that the elasticated part is pink not black like the picture (black is the older model).

So pretty and comfortable to wear on both ankles and wrists. They don’t look like much but they really make a difference when you add them to certain exercises, e.g. pilates type inner thigh exercises, can really feel the burn!
