Les pinceaux arrivent dans une boîte en carton, ils ont l'air qualitatifs, je les lavent toujours avant l'utilisation, pas spécialement de poils perdus. Ils sont tous doux. À voir dans le temps.

Ordered the set of ten brushes on Friday 16th of December with tracked delivery.
Had a confirmation email the same day but 5 days later on the delivery day I had another email explain they have issues with their warehouse robots and it still hasn’t been dispatched.
Waited another two days for it to be dispatched but no email was sent so I emailed customer service asking to cancel my order and had a email back within the hour saying it’s been cancelled making me think the order wasn’t even processed in the first place!
Not all bad tho manage to get the same product £10 cheaper from a competitors website next day delivery to arrive in time for Xmas
